Wiregrass Archaeological Consulting is partnering with Landmark Park to analyze and process a large collection of local prehistoric artifacts collected over a twenty year period by Dr. Charles Allen. This effort has enabled Landmark Park to categorize and quantify this collection of lithic and ceramic artifacts that date from the Late Paleoindian to the Mississippian period, in order for local citizens to view and gain more understanding about our collective history.
